The high-pressure hose used in the hydraulic mud pump belongs to the engineering machinery pipe. It is divided into two types: high-pressure hose and low-pressure hose. The structure of a high-pressure hose is generally steel wire braided and wound hose. It is generally composed of the outer rubber layer, steel wire reinforcement layer, middle rubber layer, and inner rubber layer. The rubber layer is composed of 4 parts; the inner rubber layer is directly in contact with the hydraulic oil and is generally made of synthetic rubber. The bearing capacity of the hose depends on the steel wire reinforcement layer, which is the skeleton of the hose, which is usually braided and wound with steel wires. High-pressure and ultra-high pressure are mostly braided with multi-layer steel wires and wound skeletons; low-pressure hoses use braided cotton and twine instead of braided steel wires, which are generally used for low-pressure oil return pipelines. The main reasons for the failure of the high-pressure hose used in the hydraulic mud pump are as follows: improper installation and use, unreasonable system design, and unqualified hose manufacturing.
In the installation and use of hydraulic mud pumps, it is necessary to observe the length of the hose: the high-pressure hose is too long, which will not only affect the appearance and increase the cost but also cause the power loss provided by the hydraulic pump station; the high-pressure hose is too short. When it is compressed and stretched or contracted, there is not enough room for expansion and contraction, which will cause the hose to be damaged, and the appearance and inner rubber layer will be cracked at the same time. Therefore, when the hose is installed and used, do not allow it to be twisted or discounted, otherwise, it will damage the hose or loosen the connection when it is under pressure.
The hose installed between the hydraulic pump station and the hydraulic mud pump should be reserved enough length to avoid friction with other equipment or objects. If the high-pressure hose often rubs against hard objects during construction, it is recommended to use a spring protective sleeve on the outer surface of the high-pressure hose. The working environment of the hose is too high or too low, which will affect the life of the hose and the ability to withstand pressure. Therefore, the hose should be used within its allowable range. The system whose operating temperature is not within its allowable range for a long time should use a hose sheath. . In the use of the hose, if it is a special medium, make sure that the inner, outer layer, joints, and sealing ring of the hose are compatible with the medium.
Wire braided, winding hose joint and hose connection end have detachable and crimping types. The detachable joint jacket and joint core have a hexagonal shape. The outer wall of the joint core is conical, which is convenient for hydraulic pumping stations and hydraulic mud pumps. After the work is finished, disassemble and assemble the hose.
After the joint core is connected with the nut, insert the steel wire to prevent it from loosening. The crimping hose joint is composed of a joint jacket and a joint core. During assembly, the outer rubber layer needs to be peeled off, the core head is inserted, the joint jacket is tightened, and then the joint jacket is crimped with a mold on special equipment to get a certain amount of compression on the hose to achieve tightness. connection.
