COCAL BED WATRR INJECTION HOLE PACKER Description:

I. Application:

Waster injection into coal bed, dust reduction, coal pressure reduction, coal breaking, gas drainage and etc.

II. Functions:

1. With injected water into coal bed, some gas is released and the content of gas is lowered effectively;

2. With the water injection put into effect, the dust can be lowered by over 80%, the working conditions can be improved and the dust explosion accident can be avoided;

3. Moistened coal bed prevents its spontaneous combustion;

4. Breaking coal bed by means of high-pressure water rejection reduces the use of explosive products, lowers the cost, and increases the sense of security ;

5. Breaking coal bed with the hole-packer can effectively prevent the coal, gas burst and explosion .

1. The coal bed water injection hole-packer is quick, easy, and convenient to use. On the working site, connected to the waterway and put into the drill hole, the rubber hose of it expands under a certain pressure, carrying out the functions of sealing the hole, injecting water, and breaking coal body.

2. The coal bed water injection hole-packer can be used repeatedly. After water rejection, with the pressure removed, it can restore to the original state and can be taken out of the hole.

3. Strictly forbidden to work with pressure while putting into or taking out the hole-packer.

4. No one works ahead of the working hole-packer.
